about 太陽病 1-4

At 表證時, 氣血迫于表層部, and 津液 外出from末梢血管 then make 皮下停滯而發生表層壓力.
At this time, by that 表層停體壓力(熱氣 水) it sometimes make 汗出, sometimes 不汗出.
Whether 汗出 or 不汗出, we do 發汗法 if we have 表證(表層停體壓力).
We use 桂枝湯 而解肌(一種汗法) even though patient has 有汗.
發汗法 目的 is not just 發散表層毒素, it also make 表層 血管 淋巴管循環 正常化.
So after good(適切) 發汗法, 表層循環 and 表層組織 get 正常狀態.


At 臨床, we sometimes meet the patient who suffer from chilling even in summer even though he wears many 內衣(many thick 衣服) and 汗出.


In 後世醫學觀點, that is 腎臟陽氣不足 and needs 服 乾薑 附子 肉桂 辛溫壯陽劑.
But that kind of patient, rarely(not) cured by 乾薑 附子 肉桂.
That kind of patient usually get 浮虛 浮弱脈.
You'd better use 桂枝湯 or 桂枝加附子湯.  (sometimes there is 防己黃耆湯證)
That people's 氣血 rush out to the 表層, so 氣血不足於裏,下部.
And most of all, 表層組織 缺乏氣血.
Why 表層組織 缺乏氣血 in this situation(氣血 rush out to the 表層) ?


As I said before, 血管外之水爲邪水, 不能滋養組織,
Even though 表層 has many 熱氣 and 水, 間質組織之熱氣,水 can't 滋養組織.



And this is next post's 主題.  惡風.
If 表層間質組織 have many 熱氣, 水(壓力) we feel 惡風. (!!!)
Many traditional doctors think 惡風 comes from 風邪傷.
風邪致發汗 而毛孔開, so 外風入于汗孔 that make us 惡風.
But that's not exactly true.
無汗證 also have 惡風症.
332. 太陽病 項背强几几 無汗 惡風者 葛根湯主之. [033]傷寒
335. 太陽病 頭痛 發熱 身疼 腰痛 骨節疼痛 惡風 無汗而喘者 麻黃湯主之. [036]傷寒
402. 傷寒四五日 身熱 惡風 頸項强 脇下滿 手足溫而渴者 小柴胡湯主之. (方見上) [103]傷寒

     
惡風 is 皮部感覺亢進狀態(過敏狀態) by 表層部 停滯壓力. It can 發生 at both 有汗, 無汗狀況.
when you 掃 皮膚 or hair, if you feel 過敏感覺  it is also 惡風.
and many 惡風患者 usually show 掃, 掃 their 皮膚


     




skin sensors


skin sensors have their own 域値.
If 刺戟 is under the 域値, sensor can't feel it.
When we have 表證, there are 停滯壓力 and it make some 壓力 under the skin.
So if we add some more little 壓力 to the sensors, sensors can easily feel it.
Because we already add the 壓力 by 表證停滯.
Therefore, we can easily feel 惡風感覺 when we have 表證.
表證 make 表部感覺 銳敏, and we feel better 風吹, even though in 無汗 汗孔閉塞之狀況.

335. 太陽病 頭痛 發熱 身疼 腰痛 骨節疼痛 惡風 無汗而喘者 麻黃湯主之. [036]傷寒






And you should know, 些少惡寒(淅淅感, 畏寒) is 惡風證,
Real 惡寒 is 必需隨伴 戰慄(筋肉戰慄 寒戰).
不戰慄 之 些少惡寒 is not real 惡寒


So, 上 患者 ( 重覆內衣 平素畏寒 汗出 脈浮弱) has no 惡寒. He has 淅淅惡風(畏寒).
If you use 桂枝湯 解肌法, 表層停滯壓力 微發於外 and 氣血 充血管淋巴管 而表層榮衛循環正常化, 表層組織充實化. and 惡風 disappear. and his body get 强.
Because after this time, 氣血 never rush out too much to the 表層, and 氣血 easily 還于裏位,全身. 內部五臟六腑 get enough blood supply.

That patient suffered, too many 氣血 rush out to the 表層, 津液外出 by 汗出, So 內部氣血不足 而不能營養內臟. 漸漸 get 虛勞症.
